I have hated Brussels Sprouts all my life. But at my local Whole Foods Market they were so inexpensive, and I’ve heard forever that they are so healthy, that I bought some, determined to give them a try. At home I located this recipe for Caramelized Tofu and Brussels Sprouts, among others, and made it for lunch. Incredibly yummy!
