Here’s a quick picture of the second pepper from our garden. It ended up in the All-Day Pork Loin Chili that I made for our Super Bowl Party. I can’t believe it, but I was so busy that I didn’t take ANY pictures of the food! It was an awesome menu, though. It included Maple-Glazed Meatballs, Cheddar-Stuffed Mushrooms, Spinach Artichoke Party Cups, Festive Franks, Sweet and Salty Super Bowl Brownies from yesterday, Chocolate Avocado Cake, and various chips, dips, fruit, fresh veggies, and, ultimately, way too much food. Most of the attendees were family and most of the dishes were enthusiastically received. I’ll reflect further on that in the future. Note, however, that green food is always a tough sell. 😉
