My fitbit Wireless Personal Trainer arrived last week, but computer troubles and busy schedule prevented me from setting it up until today. Like a pedometer, it logs physical activity and even sleep, then uploads it wirelessly to the website. So far Food Tracking is my favorite feature. I’m already in the habit of logging my food; this gives me nutritional info also. I fully expect to be shamed into more doing more exercise. And, no, you cannot be my “friend” on the website. I’m only willing to share info with LMD and MM.
