Today I ate my first pizza in MONTHS! True Food Kitchen makes amazing, fresh and healthy meals based on Dr. Weil’s Anti-inflammatory Pyramid, including an Organic Tomato and Roasted Vegetable Pizza with a gluten-free crust. Understand that most gluten-free baked goods taste horrible. But this crust was almost as good as a normal thin crust. Not as good as outstanding, but more than passable. Go there!
The occasion was a farewell celebration for my talented student teacher, without whom I would not have survived this year in which I took on an additional class of 36 students in the spring semester. (BTW, let’s get that California budget passed, shall we?)
